At Print Wizard Store, we craft each item with care, creativity, and a sprinkle of magic. We want you to love your order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s our enchanted guide for returns and refunds.


🔮 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is lost in transit

All requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or personalized products (names, designs, special requests)
  • Products damaged due to misuse after delivery

📦 3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund:

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the item
  3. Wait for our magical approval and instructions for returning the item

We may request photos of the damaged item and its packaging to verify the issue.


💫 4. Refund or Replacement

  • Once approved, we will provide a full replacement free of charge or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item

🌍 5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a replacement is sent, shipping will be free
