🔮 1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- Your order is lost in transit
All requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
✨ 2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom or personalized products (names, designs, special requests)
- Products damaged due to misuse after delivery
📦 3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or refund:

- Include your order number and a photo of the item
- Wait for our magical approval and instructions for returning the item
We may request photos of the damaged item and its packaging to verify the issue.
💫 4. Refund or Replacement
- Once approved, we will provide a full replacement free of charge or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item
🌍 5. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a replacement is sent, shipping will be free
