Welcome to the Print Wizard Store shipping page — where every order goes through a little magic, a bit of creativity, and a lot of care before arriving at your doorstep.
🔮 1. Order Processing (Crafting Your Magic)
All products are made using print-on-demand.
Once your order is received, our team of artisans & wizards begins crafting your magical item.
Processing Time:
✨ 2 – 7 business days
You will receive an email once your order is ready to be shipped.
🚚 2. Shipping Time (Travel Time of Your Parcel)
Estimated delivery depends on your location:
Malaysia
✨ 7 – 14 business days
Singapore / Brunei
✨ 10 – 15 business days
USA / UK / Australia
✨ 7 – 20 business days
Europe / International
✨ 10 – 25 business days
Sometimes the magic of shipping may take a little longer during peak seasons — but we always ensure your order arrives safely.
📦 3. Shipping Fees (Portal Fees)
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- customer location
- product type
- weight & size of the item
Some orders may be shipped separately due to products being printed in different locations worldwide.
✨ 4. Multiple Parcels (Multiple Magical Parcels)
If you order multiple items, don’t be surprised if they arrive in separate parcels — this is normal and part of our global logistics system.
🔍 5. Tracking Information (Follow the Magic Trail)
All orders include a tracking number.
You will receive:
- a tracking email
- a link to the “Order Status Page”
Tracking may take 3–5 days to become active — this is normal as couriers need to process the parcel details.
📮 6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address (Address Spell Error)
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the parcel may go astray.
Print Wizard Store is not responsible for:
- incorrect addresses
- failed delivery
- returns due to address errors
Reshipping will incur an additional fee.
🧙♂️ 7. Lost or Damaged Items (Breaking the Spell)
If your order arrives damaged or is lost:
Please contact us within 7 days with:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of the outer packaging
We will replace your item free of charge.
🌍 8. Customs & Import Taxes (International Portal Duties)
For international shipments, customers are responsible for:
- import taxes
- VAT
- customs clearance (if applicable)
These fees are not controlled by Print Wizard Store.
